After fans surprised her with 25 shoes to mark her 25th birthday, Big Brother Naija Lockdown’s first runner-up Dorathy Bachor has received a Mercedes-Benz CLA 250.
The reality TV star whose birthday was on Wednesday was presented the car during a party held in her honour.

In attendance were fellow BBN housemates, both past and present. Among the attendees were the winner of last year’s BBN show Mercy Eke, winner of this year’s BBN show Laycon, and other housemates including Prince, Erica, Elozonam, Lucy, Eric, and a host of others.

Before the party began, a number of gift baskets, cakes and an excess of gifts were handed to the ex-housemate, including a new MacBook laptop, and 25 pairs of shoes to commemorate her 25th birthday. But the main gift came after the party when fans revealed the brand new Mercedes Benz CLA 250 they had bought for her.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, the overwhelmed Dorathy revealed it was her first birthday party ever.

“From nobody to somebody, to somebody wey dey drive luxury car. My heart is filled with joy and words cannot explain how I’m feeling,” she wrote.

“I’d never get tired of saying my life is a testimony and I want the world to know this. Yesterday was my first birthday party celebration in my 25 years of existence and it’s definitely going to be the most memorable one.”

First runner up of the 2020 Big Brother Naija reality show, #Dorathy Bachor has bagged an ambassadorship deal with Mapia Tea brand.
Taking to Instagram, the reality TV star made the big announcement on Monday morning as she could not contain her joy after joining the Mapia family.

Dorathy wrote,

“Good morning my beautiful Exploras, before we go out to protest for a greater and peaceful Nigeria today, let us take a cup of hot tea with Mapia

Winner of Big Brother Naija ‘lockdown edition and first runner-up, #Dorathy has won an all expense paid trip to Ireland.
#Laycon and Dorathy will be visiting Ireland.

Organizers of the show announced this during the winners award show on Wednesday.

The winner of this year’s edition walked away with N85 million worth of prize.

Big Brother Naija housemate, #Dorathy has revealed that her feelings towards Ozo have always been based on a brother and sister relationship.
Dorathy, while having a discussion with Nengi on Wednesday night, said she wanted to clear the misconceptions about the relationship they shared with Ozo.

According to her, she never had any discussions about dating with Ozo.

She also said that he made it clear from the start that Nengi was the only girl in the house he had intimate feelings for.

“We had a brother and sister friendship.

“It never occurred to me that people thought we were in a relationship.

“Whenever we had a conversation, it was always about his sisters and never had a discussion about a relationship coming up between us.

“So it was quite funny when it had to look like the three of us were in a love triangle because I always see Ozo as a brother.

“Well, I am happy that we got to resolve this finally atleast and get talking again because it won’t be nice if we continue like this till we leave the house,” she said.

Big Brother Naija, BBNaija housemate, #Dorathy has given reason she distanced herself from #Nengi.
Nengi on Wednesday night during a conversation with Dorathy asked her why she stopped being her friend.

Dorathy, responding, explained that she did not like Nengi’s game and felt she was seeking attention from all male housemates.

She, however, apologised to Nengi for judging her wrongly from afar without having a conversation with her.

Dorathy added that she also did not want to be seen as the one obstructing the relationship between Ozo and Nengi.

She said:

“I distanced myself from you because I didn’t like your game.

“I read the situation wrongly and felt you were playing a game of trying to get attention and have all the male housemates.

“There was also a miscommunication too. I hated how I was being referred to as the one causing problems between you and Ozo.

“ I like to run away from anything that would kill my vibes and make me look like a jealous person.

“It was hard being on Ozo’s side and not painting you as a bad person.

“I apologise for judging you wrongly, let’s be friends henceforth.”

Nengi, responding, nodded her head in agreement, saying she never had a beef with Dorathy.

Big Brother Naija, BBNaija housemate #Dorathy has disclosed why she and Lucy stopped being close friends in the house.
Lucy and Dorathy were close friends at some point in the house, however they fell apart after Lucy complained about Dorathy not being there for her whenever she’s involved in a fight with housemates.

According to Lucy, Dorathy stopped being her friend because she was always seen having side comments whenever she was involved in any argument with housemates.

But Dorathy, speaking with Vee on Monday night, said she stopped being friends with Lucy after she mentioned to Erica and other housemates that she was not her friend.

Dorathy also mentioned that she didn’t stand up for Lucy during her fights because she felt Lucy was always doing too much to get attention and she hates stress.

Dorathy said:

“I felt Lucy was doing too much to get reactions and I don’t like stress. That’s one of the reasons I don’t like having female friends because it’s too stressful.

“I felt she was getting into fights to get attention so I backed off and never supported her but she took offence at that.

“For me, it’s never that deep. Lucy also told Erica twice in front of all housemates that I’m not her friend and that was how our friendship ended for me.”

Big Brother Naija housemate, #Dorathy, has aired out her thoughts about the housemates who might be evicted from the lockdown house today.
During her diary session with Biggie, Dorathy who is up for eviction alongside Ozo, Trikytee and Laycon, said she hopes Trikytee and Laycon gets evicted.

“I don’t know who is going home but hopefully, it’s Laycon and Trikytee. I am worried about tonight’s eviction but I am grateful for believing in myself. I didn’t know I would make it this far.

#Dorathy vented her anger on Ozo this morning following her loss in the Flutterwave task.
Ozo did not have it easy as his friend went haywire and blasted him for lying and laughing while she was struggling.  Apparently, it was his idea to hide the clues at visible spots for opposing teams to find during their Flutterwave task.
She believed him but it turned out to be false as he hid Dorathy‘s at a spot she never found.

His actions caused her group to lose the task as she took to the garden to cry about it.

Reacting to the issue this morning, she told him she never expected that from him since he was a friend and took his words but she made a fool out of her.
She added that if it had been Neo, she would have understood but for him to do that and watch her suffer and laugh was disrespectful.

Ozo quickly accepted his mistakes and apologised to her.

BBNaija housemate, #Dorathy shed tears after the first phase of their Flutterwave task.
A fraction of the task suggests they had to hide an item of a fellow housemate for them to search for it. Ozo suggested they do not make it too hard for the other to find.

Surprisingly, he turned on her by hiding her stuff too hard for her to find which caused her to lose that phase of the task.

Big Brother Naija, BBNaija housemate, #Dorathy has advised Ozo following his second strike.
Ozo was issued a second strike on Friday night for writing a secret love letter to Nengi which is against the rule of communication in the house.

Dorathy confronted Ozo after Biggie made the announcement.

She advised Ozo to act like a man and stop allowing his feelings for Nengi distract him from his aim in the house.

According to her,

“You like a chicken, you are supposed to be a man.

“Nengi is a distraction to you, you know this but chose to remain there for weeks despite the fact that you are not in a relationship.

“Why do you keep refusing to make smart decisions, if I advise you now later you would go ahead and do the same things again.

Recall that Dorathy-Ozo-Nengi were in a love triangle earlier in the show.

However, Dorathy, who didn’t want to have any altercation with Nengi, decided to stay away from Ozo.

Ozo seems to be in a fix between both housemates as he is close friends with Dorathy and has feelings for Nengi.

However, Dorathy feels he is putting her in an ‘entanglement’ and needs to define what he wants in the house.
This is especially after he picked her as deputy of the house but still went ahead to apologize to Nengi for not choosing her.

She, however, told him that she does not hate Nengi but dislikes her strategy in the show.

According to her, Nengi is trying to use Ozo to play the game and she does not like it.

Dora said:

“I am just your friend, I’ll look out for you and wouldn’t let Nengi mess with you

#Ozo has emerged this week’s Head of House in the Big Brother Naija lockdown house.
He is the third housemate, and the first male housemate to win the challenge after Nengi and Lucy.

He emerged winner of the Head of House games after beating seventeen other housemates at the arena.

He picked #Dorathy as his deputy. When Big Brother asked him for a second and third choice should Dorathy decline, he picked Nengi and Erica.
Both are immune from this Sunday’s eviction and would enjoy the Head of House lounge.

2020 Big Brother Naija housemate, #Dorathy has given the impression that she wouldn’t be as flashy as #Nengi when it comes to their closets, because she is not in competition with her or anyone else in the BB house.
On Saturday night, after Erica discussed with Dorathy about Nengi’s attitude, Dora advised the former to stop worrying herself over Nengi because she sees her as an attention seeker who always wants to be on the spotlight.

To back her opinion, Dora narrated of the day the guys wore wigs in the house — she revealed that the wigs were not enough so she went into her box to bring two more.
Nengi followed suit immediately and brought out three wigs.

#Dorathy Bachor has disclosed that her family has warned her not to return home after the BBNaija reality TV show is over.
Dorathy who is one of the 20 housemates in the BBNaija 2020 edition made this known during Tuesday’s diary session with Big Brother.

This was after Big Brother asked her if she thinks she can win the grand prize of N85 million the show has to offer.
The busty lady revealed that she hopes to win the money which she hopes will make her parents have a rethink after they told her not to return home after the show.
