According to the controversial OAP, Marlians (the name of Naira Marley’s fans) are people who don’t obey rules (in reference to a catch phrase “no manners made popular by the rapper).
The OAP rolled out a list of pastors who he categorised as Marlians which includes; pastors who pray for their enemies to die, pastors who collect tithe, etc.
