Popular Nigerian singer, Wizkid, has responded to a statement by the Special Assistant to President Muhammdu Buhari on Social Media, Lauretta Onochie, where she described him as a dumb kid.
Onochie described Wizkid as being ignorant, insensitive and behaving like a kid for attacking the president over SARS brutalities.

However, #Wizkid responding to Onochie on Tuesday night, told her to be ashamed of herself for making such utterance.

According to him, he has the right to demand for better governance as a father no matter his age.

Wizkid on his Twitter page wrote:-

“Lol, a 77-year-old man is not young ma. You are a woman and a mother and kids are getting killed by police/SARS and this is all you have to say? Shame on you!! Shame on you!!

“I am a father and age has nothing to do with demanding for a better governance in my country!

A video which just surfaced the internet has shown the moment DMW boss, #Davido angrily threw down a male fan’s phone, while trying to get a selfie with the singer.

The ‘Fem’ crooner recently landed in Ghana and his Ghanaian fans crowded around him with most of them demanding for a selfie with him.

Amid the crowd, a particular male fan stretched out his phone towards the singer to take a selfie, and Davido quickly slapped the phone out of his hand.

The fan who was not prepared for such action from Davido, drew back immediately and apologised to the singer for trying to take a selfie with him.

Nigerian artist, #Wizkid, has just achieved a new feat as his recently released song, ‘No Stress’ has amassed over one million streams on Spotify within just five days.
It got exactly 1,082,630 streams by its eighth day on the music streaming platform. Taking to Twitter, the account identified as Charts Africa and another account created to give records of the superstar’s streams tweeted:

“@wizkidayo ‘No Stress’ hits 1M+ streams on Spotify… #MadeInLagos”

“@wizkidayo’s ‘No Stress’ surpassed 1 million streams on Spotify on its eighth day! It now has 1,082,630 streams. Keep streaming.”

Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, professionally known as #Wizkid, has posted a picture of his first son, Boluwatife Balogun.
The award-winning Starboy Entertainment CEO took to his Instagram story to share the picture of his first son looking dapper with the caption:

“Champion”

Boluwatife is the son of the singer’s first baby mama, Sola Ogudu. Boluwatife turned 9 on May 13, 2020.

Some fans were worried that Wizkid hardly posts his other sons apart from Zion on his social media pages. However, this post from the singer has cleared all doubts that he may have a favorite child.

Popular Nigerian singer, #Tiwa Savage has snubbed #Wizkid as she mentions #Davido and Naira Marley, DJ Spinall as men who support women.
The ‘Dangerous love′ took to micro blogging platform, Twitter to thank celebrities who attended a listening party held to commemorate the release of ‘Celia’, her latest album.

The gifted singer specifically appreciated Davido, Naira Marley and DJ Spinall, describing them as “men who support women.”

However, she ignored Wizkid, with whom she had consistently stoked the flame of controversy in the past for staging romantic displays at shows and openly expressing affection for each other.

Recalls that During ‘Everything Tiwa Savage,’ a concert organised by Flytime, at the Eko Hotels, Lagos, last year, Tiwa had described Wizkid as someone “special” to her.

“The last person I am going to introduce is special to me,” she had said.

“It’s not just any kind of relationship, it is a one-on-one relationship and I own him. I don’t care what people say about us.

“I might be older but the older the berry, the sweeter the juice.”

She wrote;

Nigerian music producer, #Samklef is being nostalgic this morning. He has shared a vital information on his production days with Wizkid.
Taking to Twitter on Monday morning to share, the award winning producer wrote:

“Someone sent this picture yesterday. Na for this mudeebanks house I produced #Wizkid tease me song that year 2009 for Oregun. Memories.”

Samklef was one of the main producers of Wizkid’s debut album, ‘Superstar’. He produced singles  as ‘Don’t Dull’, ‘Tease Me’, ‘What You Wanna Do’, and ‘Wad Up’.

Recall that the award-winning producer has declared his love for BBNaija ‘Lockdown’ housemate, ‘Laycon’.

Veteran Nigerian singer, #2Baba official releases the music video to his #Wizkid assisted single titled ‘Opo’.
The song, ‘Opo‘ was produced by serial hit-maker, Blaq Jerzee and it is lifted from his last studio project, “Warriors” which was released in February.

“Warriors” album is complied with 13-tracks and features Wizkid, Burna Boy, Olamide, Tiwa Savage and many others.

Award winning Nigerian singer, #Wizkid Ayo Balogun is currently trending on micro-blogging website, Twitter after he took to the platform to call out one of his debtors, Disney.
Wizkid did not give further details (which is such a Wizkid thing) but fans are assuming he’s talking about royalties from his collaboration with Beyonce on ”The Lion King” album.
