It is not a lie, YBNL is one of the topmost record labels in Nigeria.
The record label has budded many top artistes to their glory starting from the owner himself, Olamide who is a giant when it comes to Nigeria Music industry.
Other notable artistes that have passed through the label includes Adekunle Gold and Lilkesh among others.
However, there are other ones who passed through the label without being so successful yet, probably as a result in breach or expiration of the contract or some other internal reasons within the label.
Chinko Ekun is a top-notch lyricist who is one of the great indigenous rappers.
His track, Able God where he featured Zlatan and Lil Kesh is still a hit till tomorrow. He left YBNL a few years ago while still struggling with the label.
#Lyta is a young talented singer who is widely accepted by all music lovers around. He joined YBNL and dropped a hit song “Time” with the record label boss himself “Olamide“.
While he has not attained his peak at his career, he left the label as a result of some internal crisis.
#Davolee is another indigenous rapper, a perfect raconteur who dishes out melodious punchlines effortlessly.
He was still struggling to be at its peak when we the news that he left the YBNL broke our hearts.
These aforementioned 3 guys are great ones who can be regarded as assets to whoever that signs them.
