Africa’s leading imprint, Davido Music Worldwide presents a new single titled “On God”, to build up their upcoming collective project.

The new record, “On God” features African heavyweight, #Davido, Afro-pop singer, #Mayorkun and rap titan, #Dremo.

In addition to all this, the song has production credit from serial hit-maker, Rexxie; mixed and mastered by Spyritmyx.

Doro Musik wonder kid, #Lyta rolls out an incredible remix of his latest single ‘Monalisa‘. The joint was supported by one of Africa’s biggest music export, #Davido.

After dishing out the first version last month, Davido tweeted that he would jump on the remix of the song. Not only that, he also surprised Lyta with by sponsoring the video.

Promises fulfilled as Lyta collaborates with the DMW head honcho on the Killertunes produced record for the first time ever.

Last week, #Davido’s manager, Asa Asika claimed  he had played Davido’s new album for Spotify.

While we wait for the album, and as ‘Blow My Mind’ keeps doing mad numbers, Davido has taken to his Instagram stories to showcase his girlfriend, Chef Chi’s singing skills.

According to Davido, she will be featured on Track three of the still unnamed album.

Ordinarily known for her culinary skills, a picture of Chioma with a mic showed up on her man’s instagram stories with the caption,

Popular Nigerian singer, #Davido has announced the acquisition of a new wonder on wheels, Lamborghini Urus, which is valued at a staggering $200,000.

On Sunday morning, the singer took to his Twitter page to ask his fans and followers if he should ship the new vehicle to Nigeria or keep it in his Atlanta garage.

Chioma, the girlfriend to DMW boss, #Davido, has debunked the reports that she is pregnant and will be putting to bed soon.

The girlfriend of the multi-award singer who is also called Chef Chi has been reported several times to be expecting a son in September.

Controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo who is fond of making predictions had through social media stated that the kitchen queen will be giving birth soon.

In the prediction which she posted via Instagram, she called on Davido to make plans for proper wedding arrangements, so it could be official.

After then, a picture began to trend online which showed Chioma in a pregnancy bump.

Reacting to the news, the reported expectant mother laughed it off as she said she said the picture circulating was photoshopped from her friend’s body.

Few days ago, I was in a discussion with a friend reviewing music and artistes who have had it big this year.

Of course, the big names from last year were missing. Tiwa Savage was missing, #Davido too and we just included #Wizkid just because of his involvements in collaborations that have impacted the scene this year.

There were some surprise inclusions. My friend mentioned “Naira Marley” and for a moment I couldn’t disagree.

If there has been any name we’ve gotten angry with, praised, bashed and also hyped, it has to be Naira Marley.

He’s been part of every conversation so far this year. From the EFCC drama to releasing to the singles we’ve bopped to and then his Soapy drama.

“Am I a Yahoo Boy?” sounds morally wrong at first but why do you nod your head to it when a friend plays it?

Besides, most successes Wizkid and Burna Boy have recorded so far were from the international scene.

Burna Boy? His media promo run are all in the US.

WizKid? You have to mention the Beyonce record  "Brown Skin Girl" as his only major achievement this year. Then, we would consider Davido for his Chris Brown assisted "Blow My Mind".

But it’s different for Naira Marley. He’s the only artiste we’ve associated with the most so far this year.

All his songs are on our phones, are being played on the streets, so what else do we want?

For 5 years plus now, there has been this unhidden secret, that #Davido and #Wizkid, are in beef with each other; there has been this ‘friendly’ rivalry between them.

Even their fans were not left out, as I have witnessed heated arguments, whenever the topic “Davido and Wizkid – who is better?”

Now, I am not here to support either of them, I just want you to know that in life, anybody has the potential to be anything in life; all you need is talent, dedication, discipline, and luck.

Between 2016 to 2019, Davido has been killing it on the deck, while Wizkid seemed to be under Davido‘s shadow.

That to me was his way of relaunching himself back to the limelight, and just as we were still gisting about that, the hit tracks started rolling in, one after the other.

Now at this present moment, Davido is seriously balling, after the release of the record-setting single “Blow My Mind” while Wizkid in my opinion, is playing catch up, even though he had “Brown Skin Girl” is Beyonce.

What am I saying in essence? Davido and Wizkid are both very talented and dedicated musicians, both will rise and drop a bit, but their talents will always lead them on!

Do you think you are in competition with anybody? purge your mind of such thoughts, double your hustle and wait for your turn, because your turn will surely come.

#Davido’s girlfriend Chioma is due to give birth next month! This is according to controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo.

Kemi tweeted today appealing to Davido to marry Chioma because she will be giving birth to a son next month!

Though rumors went wild early June that Davido has put Chioma in a family way, Chioma later denied the claims when the ‘rumours’ won’t stop spreading.

One thing however noticeable is that Chioma has been quiet and has not been going to shows with Davido like she does. Fingers crossed!

#Davido’s 30BG championship ring costs over N54million and it has 696 diamonds on it.

Zaheer of Icebox diamond and watches in Atlanta, United States of America revealed that Davido’s customised ring is the ‘biggest championship ring he’s ever made with so many carats.’

The jeweler and reality TV show host also revealed that the 30BG championship ring has a total of 696 diamonds on it and is ridiculous.

He went further to tell Davido that the ring has a full 10 carat on it and it has inscriptions of 30BG, OBO, 1992 and Nigeria on it.

DMW records boss,  #Davido, was seen calling his father to send his private jet while aboard what he described as “turbulent flight.”
The video which went viral spotted the “Dodo” crooner in an angry state.

The singer went on to accuse the European airlines of planning to use him for sacrifice.

In the video which he posted on his Instagram page, “OBO” was seen looking out through the window and holding his chair tightly.

He wrote, “Daddy please send the JET !! These European Airlines want to use me for sacrifice!!!”

In his reaction, Mavin CEO encouraged him that nothing can be done to harm him, as he added a smiley which showed he was praying for him.

“They can’t fit can ,” he wrote.

Also, while other celebrities laughed at his fright, popular Nigerian comedian, Ayo Makun (AY), said he had a big commercial bus for hire.
